My Bio

I’m a 30 year Master Automotive Technician and the founder of Precision Auto Group based in Massachusetts. I started in this industry with $600, a toolbox, and no backing. I built my first shop from the ground up and grew it into a portfolio of companies that include multiple auto repair shops, car detailing, coaching for independent auto repair shop owners, full service marketing, full service accounting and bookkeeping, property management, and a robust real estate portfolio.

Over the past two decades I scaled one independent repair shop into a family owned self funded private equity platform made up of companies I built from the ground up. Through that growth I founded a consulting firm focused on helping independent auto repair shop owners build structured, self sufficient businesses that create long term stability, increase enterprise value, and position them for successful exits whether through internal succession, outside sale, or a transition that allows the business to operate without them.

Before launching Lotus Consulting, I worked with one of the top automotive coaching companies in the country. Through the years I’ve directly advised more than 100 independent auto repair shop owners across North America, with the furthest being in Ft McMurray, Alberta Canada. I’ve personally helped build over two dozen seven figure companies that operate without daily owner dependence.

My work on succession planning and leadership structure has been featured in Ratchet + Wrench, Remarkable Results Radio Podcast, and Shop Owner Magazine.

I speak from direct experience as a master automotive technician, 20 year shop owner and operator, certified business development coach for independent auto repair shops, and consultant for independent auto repair shops.
