AAPEX Student Program
AAPEX is dedicated to bringing the best talent to the Automotive Aftermarket
As part of this initiative, we are pleased to present opportunities for students and educators to attend AAPEX as well as a chance for aftermarket companies to get involved in the program:
FOR INSTRUCTORS – AAPEX Student Groups
Interested in bringing a student group to AAPEX? Give your students in-person exposure to everything that the industry has to offer by applying to be an approved school. Once approved, instructors will have access to the following:
- Complimentary AAPEX registration for a student group of up to 15
- Access to all AAPEX trainings and general education sessions as well as hosted functions
Requirements:
Must be a school offering automotive-specific educational coursework. Student groups must include an instructor chaperone and all students attending must be 16 years of age by November 3, 2025. Student groups accepted into the program are required to attend the AAPEX show and participate in any applicable student sessions or activities.
Please note: transportation and hotel will be the responsibility of the instructor.

Students
Are you a student interested in attending but don’t have a cohort? Please complete this form and we will contact you shortly. Limited opportunities available for qualified students.
Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in an automotive-specific educational program and be 18 years old by November 3, 2025 to apply. Those students accepted into the program will be required to attend the AAPEX show and participate in any applicable student sessions or activities.
FOR AFTERMARKET COMPANIES
When you sponsor the AAPEX Student Program, you’re helping to fund the initiative to drive more students to AAPEX. You are not only helping shape a career, you are also helping to attract motivated and qualified new talent to the industry…
Sponsorship is $2,000 and sponsors receive onsite recognition as a company that is invested in bringing new talent to the industry.
