AAPEX 2026 takes place November 3–5, 2026 in Las Vegas, at the Venetian Expo (201 Sands Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89109) and AAPEX Forum (3911 S Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109). The Exhibit Hall is open to registered attendees Tuesday, November 3 through Thursday, November 5, 2026, with exhibit hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Only business representatives of the automotive aftermarket industry may attend AAPEX. All registrants are subject to review and approval by Event Management, and confirmation of badge status is sent by email once approved. The following may not attend: non-automotive companies and organizations, accounting firms, attorney and law firms, exhibition industry service companies, freight and transportation companies, printers and packagers, promotional products companies, software companies, travel agencies, and consumers or enthusiasts.
Yes. AAPEX and the SEMA Show are business-to-business trade events, so you must verify that your company is active in the automotive aftermarket and that you are a current owner or employee. Using a business email domain that matches your company name is preferred and helps verify your role. Employees upload one document from Group A and one from Group B; business owners upload one document from Group B. Group A (proof of employment): two recent paycheck stubs issued within the past year showing your name, company name, and date (handwritten checks not accepted), or a company-issued badge showing the company name, your job title, and your name. Group B (proof the company is active in the aftermarket): a current, valid business license or permit, or a current, valid tax registration or business registration. Each registrant needs their own unique, valid email address — a shared company email will prevent registration from being completed. You may also be asked for invoices, contracts, or purchase orders, and all documents must be in English. If you were approved last year and your company, job title, and contact info are unchanged, you may not need to re-submit proof. Questions: Customer Service, Mon–Fri 9 am–5 pm ET, 508-743-8571 or [email protected].
Your registration includes an attendee badge that provides Exhibit Hall floor access to both AAPEX and the SEMA Show.
Attendee registration is tiered, so the earlier you register, the less you pay: $50 online through June 26; $75 online from June 27 through September 25; and $100 online starting September 26 or on-site (online registration stays open, but badges must then be picked up onsite). Financial Investment Services (bankers, brokers, advisors) and Non-Exhibiting Companies pay $399. The fee increases as the show approaches, so registering early saves money.
Yes, onsite/late registration is $100, with badges picked up onsite.
Yes — multiple people from the same company can register, but each registrant must have their own unique, valid email address (a shared company email will block registration), and each is individually subject to review and approval. Note: Non-Exhibiting Companies and Financial Investment Services are limited to two registrants per company.
All registrations are final. No credits or refunds shall be issued for no shows, cancellations, substitutions, or for any other reason.
Failure to obtain a visa in advance of the Shows does not constitute a valid reason for a refund or credit.
