Let’s Talk Business
New enhancements for 2026 are underway.

The Show Starts Here
AAPEX Opening Reception: Inside the Exhibit Hall
For 2026, the AAPEX Opening Reception is moving inside the exhibit hall at the New AAPEX Forum, opening the show floor exclusively for this event on Monday, November 2, from 6–8 pm.
Exhibitors in the New AAPEX Forum gain a two-hour, pre-show opportunity to engage buyers directly on the show floor, when attention is high and competition is minimal. This is not a lobby reception — it’s an early access opportunity designed to help drive traffic straight to you.

Primary Point of Entry
Primary Point of Entry
Official AAPEX show shuttles are being re-routed to drop off at the New AAPEX Forum, making it a primary arrival point for buyers. Located just steps from the Venetian Expo and connected by a short walking bridge, the New AAPEX Forum is also Monorail-accessible.
The bottom line?
More reasons for buyers to arrive, more reasons for them to stay, and more opportunities for you to connect with the right customers.
But that’s not all.
Venetian Expo enhancements are giving buyers even more reasons to get excited and linger longer, staying on trend with the huge increase in both attendee and exhibitor satisfaction seen last year.
Here’s what’s new at the Venetian Expo:

- The expanded Food Truck Pit Stop is relocating to Level 2, offering buyers (and exhibitors) easy access to food without leaving the show floor
- iFLEX at AAPEX by PAMA joins the Oil, Lube, Waxes & Chemicals section, bringing new quick lube buyers and targeted training
- Joe’s Garage, Tire Servicing, and Diagnostic/Telematics sections is relocating to Level 2, increasing service and repair buyer density
- The expanded AAPEX Student Engine Competition is moving onto the Level 2 show floor for even more action
- A centrally located Media Hub, capturing live content, podcasts, and shareable moments
- Multiple education stages and activations distributed throughout the show floor for consistent traffic flow

Redesigned for ROI
Every enhancement for 2026 will be an opportunity to increase your interaction with buyers. Wider aisles, improved wayfinding, clearly defined sections, optimized traffic anchors, on-floor education, and attendee incentives all support more effective discovery.

Exhibit with Confidence
AAPEX is invested in your success — and we’re building a show floor experience that promotes value, visibility, and results for every exhibitor no matter where your booth is located.
