Bill Snow serves as the Vice President of Rad Air Complete Car Care, where he leads the strategic growth and operational excellence of the expanding automotive franchise brand. After a successful career as a corporate sales leader, Bill transitioned into entrepreneurship in 2014, opening a Rad Air location in Wickliffe, Ohio, that has since tripled in revenue and staff. His leadership was recognized internationally in 2023 when he was named Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association.

Beyond the executive suite, Bill is a dedicated advocate for the automotive aftermarket and workforce development. He is the founder of the Rad Air Rising Stars Racing Program and frequently engages with students through STEM initiatives and vocational work-study programs to inspire the next generation of technicians. His commitment to the industry’s future earned him the title of Vehicle Care Rockstar by Babcox Media in 2025.

Bill enjoys helping business owners become better.  In 2023 he was awarded the Willoughby Western Lake Country Chamber of Commerce Service Person of the year for his focus on helping other business owners. He delivered the closing keynote at the 2024 Ratchet + Wrench conference and has presented on marketing and culture at several Mobile Air Climate Society annual conferences.

An avid motorsports enthusiast, Bill is the owner of Atomic Autosports, a race prep shop in Ohio, and host of the Late To Grid podcast. Whether he is leading the Rad Air Racing team in endurance events or racing his Mazda RX-7, his work is consistently fueled by a lifelong passion for cars and helping people. Bill holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and resides in Twinsburg, Ohio with his wife.
