The automotive aftermarket’s global footprint is represented at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) with international exhibitors from 36 countries and international buyers from 126 countries. Exhibitors from all over the world showcase advancements in products, services and technology, allowing attendees to discover the latest trends in the aftermarket industry.

AAPEX offers all attendees opportunities to connect with and reach the more than $1 trillion global automotive aftermarket industry through business development programs and networking events with industry executives. Additionally, we work closely with the U.S. Commercial Service and international pavilion leaders on ways AAPEX can enhance attendees’ show experience.

Below are a few services and events at AAPEX 2019 to help attendees explore the global marketplace.

International Matchmaking Program
International buyers and distributors looking to connect with U.S. manufacturing exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in Auto Care Association’s International Matchmaking Program at AAPEX. Through a partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service, the trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce, last year’s program attracted buyers from 15 countries and is an excellent opportunity for U.S. suppliers to enter or increase presence in international markets. Past participants have reported tremendous success with export sales and/or establishing new partnerships. More details are forthcoming.

AAPEXedu Seminars
AAPEX is hosting a number of seminars during the three-day show to help attendees stay up-to-date on topics and issues that impact the aftermarket industry. On Wednesday, Nov. 6, AAPEX will feature a panel of experts for the “Trade, Regulation and Other Policies Impacting Your Business” seminar to help attendees understand the current trade landscape and how new import tariffs may be impacting a company’s ability to do business cross-borders.

Import Vehicle Community
For businesses engaged in import nameplate products and services, the Auto Care Association’s Import Vehicle Community hosts its popular Fabulous Networking Reception on Tuesday night, Nov. 5, in the Venetian. Supported by member sponsoring companies, this event is a unique opportunity for companies to engage with industry executives of the import community. The event has grown to a flow of over 700 attendees.

The Import Product and Marketing Awards recognizes innovative products and marketing programs designed to serve the import aftermarket. It features 10 categories, an awards presentation and is a cost-effective opportunity to highlight your company and gain additional exposure at AAPEX.

AAPEX International Buyer Center
The International Buyer Center at AAPEX is the central meeting place for international buying delegates attending AAPEX. Centrally located in the Venetian, Casanova Rom 501, the center offers meeting rooms, translation services, refreshments and show staff to help attendees navigate the show flow and answer any questions.
