AAPEX Opens Attendee Registration for 2025

May 1, 2025

“Ready for Every Shift” – AAPEX 2025 will bring tens of thousands of aftermarket professionals, from across the global supply chain, together to showcase the newest products, technologies, and training sessions – and take advantage of unique networking opportunities

LAS VEGAS, Nev.  – May 1, 2025 – The Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) announced today registration is open for this year’s exposition. AAPEX has been the premier tradeshow bringing together buyers and sellers from every corner of the $2.3 trillion global aftermarket and supply chain. AAPEX 2025 will be held at the Venetian Expo & Caesars Forum in Las Vegas from November 4-6, 2025.

“For 30 years, AAPEX has attracted tens of thousands of global attendees and exhibitors who come to see the newest products, cutting-edge technologies and the best business—and hands-on training the aftermarket has to offer,” said President of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers Paul McCarthy. “Yet every year when we ask participants why they attend, the top answer is consistently ‘for the networking’ because AAPEX is where business gets done.”

The theme for AAPEX 2025 is “Ready for every shift.” It’s an acknowledgment of the challenges, along with the adaptation, that the world’s aftermarket supply chain is experiencing. The theme is aligned with the message of this year’s Keynote Breakfast, which will be headlined by Hockey Legend Wayne Gretzky. Gretzky, often among the smallest players on the ice, found a way to rise to greatness with brains, rather than brute force, despite his physical disadvantages.

AAPEX is co-produced by MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and the Auto Care Association. Together, both organizations go to great lengths to listen to the feedback from stakeholders and make improvements to the event every year.

The following is a glimpse of what registrants can expect at AAPEX 2025:

2,700+ global exhibitors across 5,500 booths. This includes manufacturers of aftermarket auto parts, remanufacturers, tool & equipment makers, international sourcing, warehouses, parts distributors, and service shops for aftermarket maintenance, repair, collision, tires, and more.

45,000+ attendees from 128+ countries. Attendees come from all over the globe and range from senior business executives to entry-level auto technicians taking advantage of the exclusive hands-on learning and development opportunities at the event.

The biggest selection of training sessions ever offered. AAPEX has confirmed 75 unique training sessions and counting at this year’s event – the most ever. This includes sessions by WorldPac, a wholesale distributor of original equipment parts, and NAPA Auto Parts, a division of the Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC). In addition, dozens of exhibitors will be offering highly specialized technical sessions of their own.

More hands-on educational sessions and demonstrations at Joe’s Garage. Joe’s Garage is always a key attraction at AAPEX because it features 10 fully operational service bays. Several educational sessions are planned in these bays – along with 27 product demonstrations, throughout the three-day show, presenting the hottest innovations in automotive aftermarket service and repair.

A new Student Competition has been added. AAPEX has long provided free access to the show and training for vocational and trade students. This program is especially important because the U.S. is facing an acute shortage of technicians. AAPEX 2025 has added a new twist for 2025 with a competitive event: Teams of students will compete to completely disassemble and reassemble an auto engine in Joe’s Garage.

New and improved networking opportunities. Based on feedback from last year’s show, AAPEX is organizing several events at the event to facilitate more opportunities for the casual, but crucial networking that occurs. Among them are a live, interactive band for the duration of the show; a daily afternoon “booth crawl” visiting different interactive booths across the show floor; expanded seating areas for casual conversations and spontaneous networking in the second-floor lobby; and finally, a re-imagined “Beers & Gears” reception will return to Joe’s Garage on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. local time.

“I’ve had the good fortune of being part of the automotive aftermarket for the better part of 40 years,” said Auto Care Association President and CEO Bill Hanvey. “One of the most remarkable aspects of AAPEX is that despite the magnitude of the market, this show is a bit like a homecoming every year – people genuinely enjoy reuniting and exploring how different parts of the market are addressing our current challenges.”
