As the producer and facilitator of the Pinnacle Performance Training program, Steve has earned national recognition for teaching independent tire and auto service businesses how to elevate customer experiences, strengthen sales performance, create winning team cultures, and rise to Top Shop status in their markets.

A dynamic, entertaining, and engaging professional speaker, Steve’s Pinnacle Performance presentations have been featured at major industry events, including the Goodyear Dealer Conference, the SEMA Show, and numerous association conventions across North America.

Since 2010, Steve has also served as a Contributing Editor and columnist on sales, customer experience, and workplace culture for Babcox Media’s leading automotive publications, Shop Owner and Tire Review.
