Chris Craig, speaker and published author of his book “Becoming a Better Service Professional,” serves as the Automotive School Project Manager for RockED, where he manages relationships with Automotive School partners and the Fixed Operations Core Content Library on the RockED app. Holding degrees in Automotive Technology and Automotive Technology Management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, Chris brings diverse expertise, including roles as an automotive parts retail manager, technician, and service advisor. In 2021, he identified a training gap for automotive professionals and established a thriving social media community with 125k subscribers. Through his platforms, Chris provides invaluable resources, including educational content, ebooks, in person training events, and articles, aimed at empowering automotive professionals to advance in their careers and foster continuous learning.
