Lauralee Schmidt burst onto the Auto Care scene in 2016.  You know her as Lola. When she joined her husband at Schmidt Auto Care in 2016, she was terrified to leave all she knew in Corporate America.  However, she found a sweet spot inside of branding building and process side of the business.  From the moment she joined the industry, growth, creativity and business development have been the forefront of her focus. All the years spent in Corporate Cosmetics led her to see the beauty and opportunity that lies inside of auto shops. While Lola may be the Policy Princess in Autocare, she is so much more in her personal life.  Lola is a homeschool mom to her daughter, she operates a pop-up greenhouse each May, she’s a writer/musician, she’s the wife to the founder of Schmidt Auto Care, and an advocate for local women business leaders in her community. Life is about creating beautiful things and moments, and she brings that flair to car care.
