Kathleen Callahan is the owner of Xpertech Auto Repair in Englewood, Florida, a multi-year national award-winning AAA Top Shop, and a nationally recognized speaker and trainer known for her work in leadership, communication, and workflow systems inside independent repair shops. With more than 20 years in the automotive aftermarket, she teaches real-world processes that help shop owners and teams improve efficiency, strengthen internal communication, and create a more consistent client experience.

She currently serves as Chair of Women in Auto Care, supporting industry programs focused on education, connection, and professional growth.
