With over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, Clay began His career as a shop helper at a classic European and Jaguar repair shop before attending and graduating from the Wyotech Automotive Institute. Over the years, Clay has worked as a technician at numerous dealerships, chains, and privately owned shops, including those specializing in diesel repair, and later advanced to management roles due to his skills and passion for training and coaching employees, where He trained future managers who went on to lead successful stores. 

Transitioning from technician to Service Advisor due to his love for relationship building and connecting with people from all different walks of life, Clay has been dedicated and shown a drive to elevate the reputation of the automotive industry. His advisor experience spans high-volume dealerships and private shops, where he played a key role in opening new locations and building strong customer bases. Clay has extensive expertise in high-end European and exotic automotive shops, serving discerning clients and managing a high volume of vehicles. 

Driven by a deep passion for the automotive world, Clay finds fulfillment in training and coaching others, helping them improve both professionally and personally. Holding multiple ASE certifications in automotive repair and service advising, Clay is passionate about customer service and building lasting relationships. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his experience at Forbes Four-Star resorts, where he further honed his expert-level customer and guest service skills.
