Becca Zanders, CEPA, is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor with more than 30 years of experience in small business ownership and leadership. She and her husband, Tony, built and operated a nationally recognized independent automotive repair business for 22 years before successfully selling the company in 2021.

Today, Becca works with leaders across the automotive aftermarket to help them build stronger, more scalable businesses while aligning personal, financial, and business goals. As a CEPA, she applies principles from the Value Acceleration Methodology to help owners strengthen leadership, improve performance, and build enterprise value long before a transition occurs.

Becca is the co-founder of D6 Elements, a consulting firm focused on leadership development, strategic growth, and succession planning. She contributes to industry education at events including AAPEX, SEMA, and Women in Auto Care Connection Circles, teaches Strategic Exit Planning through Boise Schools Community Education, and has been featured on podcasts such as Remarkable Results Radio, a leading podcast in the automotive aftermarket.
