Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference Registration Opens

Registration for the Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference is now open. The event runs Feb. 17-19, 2026, at The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, and centers on the theme “Fueling the Future.” The conference brings together professionals from across the aftermarket for training, networking and leadership development.

The agenda includes a networking dinner and sessions led by industry thought leaders covering current trends. Attendees will take part in workshops and a custom version of the TTI Success Insights Assessment with Shari Pheasant. Henna Pryor will deliver the keynote, titled “Dominating Disruption for Women in Auto Care.”

Conference Focuses on ‘Fueling the Future’

The Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference aims to support personal and professional growth for women across the industry. Organizers designed the program to offer practical tools for career advancement and space for open dialogue with peers.

Speakers will address leadership challenges, workplace dynamics and the industry’s evolving talent needs. Pryor’s keynote highlights how women can navigate disruption with confidence. Pheasant’s assessment workshop provides individualized insights into communication and work styles.

Sessions, Panels and Scholarship Support

The three-day schedule features sessions on career development and industry engagement. Panels will spotlight leaders who share their career paths and the lessons that shaped their work.

The conference also features the annual fundraising event on Feb. 18. Proceeds support the Women in Auto Care scholarship program, which provides cash and tools to young women entering automotive careers each year.
