Plews & Edelmann Expands Portfolio With 239 New Releases

Plews & Edelmann, a manufacturer of power steering components, announced the introduction of 239 new products throughout 2025, significantly expanding coverage and capabilities across hydraulic power steering systems. The comprehensive product expansion reinforces the company’s commitment to being the Total Solution provider for the power steering aftermarket.

The 2025 releases span three major categories—hard parts, hoses and coolers—addressing market needs. From complete rack-and-pinion assemblies to premium performance hoses, the new offerings strengthen Plews & Edelmann’s position as the industry’s most complete power steering solution provider.

Hard Parts Expansion

Plews & Edelmann introduced 82 new hard parts in 2025, including 44 rack-and-pinion assemblies, 33 power steering pumps and five steering gears. These additions expand coverage across domestic and import applications, with a focus on late-model vehicles and fleet applications. The new Edelmann Elite manufactured hard parts feature the company’s proprietary Designated Numeric Asset (DNA) for lifetime traceability and performance confidence.

Premium and Legacy Hoses

Edelmann Elite High-Performance Hoses: The company added 105 new SKUs to its premium Edelmann Elite power steering hose line, more than doubling the total offering. Engineered with enhanced rubber formulation and advanced manufacturing techniques, these hoses deliver superior temperature performance, outstanding impulse durability and exceptional cold-temperature pliability.

Edelmann Legacy Hoses: An additional 47 new hoses joined the market-leading Edelmann Legacy line, providing expanded coverage for popular domestic and import applications, including fleet-oriented vehicles and high-demand crossover models.

Power Steering Coolers

Five new OE-equivalent power steering coolers were added to the comprehensive Plews & Edelmann cooler category. Featuring internal turbulators for superior heat dissipation and E-coated exteriors for enhanced protection in harsh underhood conditions, these coolers deliver improved performance for demanding applications, including towing and fleet vehicles.
