MAHLE Expands Gasket Coverage

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility has introduced comprehensive gasket coverage for Duramax L5P 6.6L and Subaru FA24F 2.4L engines. The gaskets are available in complete sets and as individual components.

Product Development and Specifications

The Duramax L5P 6.6L engine, a successor to the 6.6L LML engine, represents advancements in GM’s diesel technology. Designed for heavy-duty towing and hauling, the L5P delivers up to 470 horsepower and 975 lb-ft of torque.

The Subaru FA24F 2.4L engine powers several models, including the 2019-2024 Ascent, 2020-2024 Outback, and 2021-2024 Legacy. This turbocharged, four-cylinder engine features an all-aluminum head and block, providing performance comparable to a six-cylinder engine.
