• Determine if you require a visa to travel to U.S. If you require a visa:
• Review visa requirements and process at your local consular office
• Find specific procedures and estimated wait times by checking your U.S. Embassy/Consulate’s website.
• Apply for a visa & schedule your visa appointment early. 
• Consider traveling with an industry delegation from your country.
• Register for AAPEX.
• Request a Visa Invitation Letter for your visa appointment when you register. You must register for AAPEX to receive a Visa Invitation Letter. During registration, select the checkbox labeled “I will require a visa invitation letter.” Invitation letters will be personalized and emailed to you.
