Why should I attend AAPEX?
As a member of the automotive aftermarket, you need to stay on top of the latest repair needs that may be rolling into garages now and in future years. AAPEX 2026 brings you new-to-market products, hands-on training on the latest technology, and focused events to connect with your peers in the industry, whether you’re servicing vehicles or selling parts to those who do. Where and when is AAPEX?
AAPEX 2026 is conveniently located at the Venetian Expo, at 201 Sands Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89109, and at Caesars Forum, 3911 S Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109. In addition to being within walking distance from most of the popular hotels, there will be multiple transportation options to get to and from AAPEX.
The Exhibit Hall is open to registered attendees Tuesday, November 3 through Thursday, November 5, 2026. Exhibit hours are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Attendee Registration is located at the Venetian Expo, level 1 lobby; and at Caesars Forum, Entrance Lobby. Exhibitor Registration is located at the Venetian Expo, Room 301; and Caesars Forum, Entrance Lobby.

What is the cost of registration and what is included in admission?
Registration includes an attendee badge that provides Exhibit Hall floor access to both AAPEX and the SEMA show. Access may be restricted to some sessions.

*NECs (Manufacturer or Service provider (software), but not exhibiting at this year’s Shows) and Financial Investment Services (Bankers, brokers, advisors) are permitted two (2) registrants per company. NECs are only permitted to attend two years.
Who can attend AAPEX?
Only business representatives of the automotive aftermarket industry are permitted to attend AAPEX. All registrants are subject to review and approval by Event Management. Once approved, confirmation will be sent to registrants via email regarding the status of their badges.
The following may not attend AAPEX:
- Non-automotive companies and organizations
- Accounting firms
- Attorney and law firms
- Exhibition Industry Service Companies
- Freight and transportation companies
- Printers and packagers
- Promotional products companies
- Software companies
- Travel agencies
- Consumers and enthusiasts
Do I need proof of my affiliation with the automotive trade to register?
AAPEX and the SEMA Show are business-to-business trade events. To be approved to attend, you just need to verify that your company is active in the automotive aftermarket, and that you are a current owner / employee. Use of a business email domain (matching your company name) in the registration process is preferred and will help us verify your role in the industry.
Staff and/or Employee :
Upload one (1) document from Group A and one (1) document from Group B.
Business Owner:
Upload one (1) document from Group B.
*The document submitted must include your name as the owner of the company you are registering for the Shows and be valid through November 7, 2025.*
Group A: Verify your employment at an active company in the automotive aftermarket.
- Two recent paycheck stubs issued within the past year (handwritten company checks are not acceptable). The check stub / receipt must show your name, company name and the date issued.
- Company issued badge (must include company name, job title and registrants name).
Group B: Demonstrate that your company is active in the automotive aftermarket.
- A current and valid business license or permit.
- A current and valid tax registration certificate or business registration.
Each registrant must have their own unique email address to complete registration. It must be a valid email address, where their confirmation can be sent. Business or company email addresses are preferred. If a company shares one email address, registration will not be able to be completed. In addition to the required documents, you may be required to submit documentation such as invoices, contracts, or purchase orders to prove that your company advises or makes purchases in quantity from the type of companies that exhibit in the Shows. All documents must be submitted in English.
If you registered and were approved for last year’s Show and have not changed your company, job title, or contact information you may not be required to show proof of involvement in the automotive aftermarket industry again. What is a Non-Exhibiting Company(or NEC)?
If a company qualifies to exhibit but chooses not to and wants to register employees to attend Show (walk the Show floors), they will be classified as an NEC. If during the qualification process, Show Management finds the company to be classified as a Non-Exhibiting Company (NEC), a higher registration fee of $399 USD each will be applied. Non-Exhibiting Companies are limited to registering two (2) registrants, attending no more than two (2) Shows.

What is the dress code?
AAPEX is a business to business trade show. Attendees, exhibitors and media must wear appropriate apparel at all times. Business or business casual attire is suggested. Logos and sayings on apparel must be in good taste. Show Management has the right to make determinations on appropriate apparel.
Is photography or filming permitted at AAPEX?
If an exhibitor has signage or has made it clear to attendees that they are not allowed to take photos in their booth or of their products then Event Management has the right to confiscate film or other media from any type of camera from users.
Press/Media must obtain a permit at the Event Management Office, photographs must be authorized by the exhibitor, and will not be affected by the no photography signs. Event Management is authorized to record and use audio/visual materials and photographs taken at AAPEX.
Are children allowed at AAPEX?
No one under the age of 16, including infants, is allowed access to the exhibits. No exceptions. Show Management does not provide childcare services onsite. Use of a school issued ID is not acceptable to prove age unless it provides a date of birth.

How can my company exhibit at AAPEX?
Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list. If you are a first-time exhibitor, please send your contact information to Sandra Kulas. If you are a returning exhibitor and have changes to management/contacts, send your updated contact information to [email protected].

What is AAPEX’s exhibitor cancelation policy?
Refunds will be provided for cancellations made by Friday, June 6 and there will be a $500 administration fee.
What is included in a standard 10’ x 10’ booth?
- 8-foot back drape and 3’ side drape (except islands)
- Company identification sign
- Listing in the printed AAPEX Buyer’s Guide
- Listing on aapexshow.com database that is searchable by name, product categories, brand and country
- Listing in the AAPEX App
What is my Exhibitor Login and how do I use it?
Exhibitor Logins will be sent with your booth space confirmation email. You can use your login to access your online booth console and to update your Buyer’s Guide Listing and your Online Exhibitor Profile. Please keep your login safe. If you misplace your login, please email a request to [email protected].
Who is allowed to exhibit at AAPEX?
A manufacturer who offers a product or products for sale to the trade without regard to whether or not said company is an assembler, packager, exclusive importer, etc., so long as such product or products are exclusively proprietary. For the purposes of these requirements, while an importer may technically be called a distributor, the exclusivity shall qualify him as an exhibitor-manufacturer by reason of such exclusivity.

How do I register for booth personnel badges?
Once assigned your booth space, use your Exhibitor Login (provided to you in your booth space confirmation email) to log into Exhibitor Registration.
What do I need to know about U.S. safety standards before I display light sources, brake hoses, warning triangles, and seat belt assemblies at the show?
The AAPEX show contract requires that products on display must comply with applicable Federal safety standards. Items such as replaceable light sources (e.g., headlamp bulbs and ballasts), brake hoses, warning triangles, seat belt assemblies, and tires are just a few of the items that must comply with applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) to be on display at AAPEX. To find the applicable FMVSS for each type of regulated motor vehicle equipment, refer to Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 571 Subpart B which lists numerically by section each Federal Standard. 49 C.F.R Part 571 can be accessed at https://go.usa.gov/xReAE.
Are HID/LED headlamp conversion kits and components illegal?
HID/LED conversion kits contain replaceable light sources whose base was modified or manufactured to be interchangeable with regulated headlamp replaceable light sources. HID/LED headlamp conversion kits and components do not meet the requirements of FMVSS No. 108 and therefore cannot be lawfully manufactured, sold, offered for sale, imported, or introduced into interstate commerce into the United States. See 49 U.S.C § 30112 (a)(1). AAPEX show management works closely with Federal government representatives in identifying these products on the show floor and enforcing the show contract prohibitions on non-compliant products.

What is the AAPEX Student Program?
The AAPEX Student Program connects students with industry leaders, companies, and career opportunities in the automotive aftermarket. The program includes access to the trade show, curated networking opportunities, and exclusive sessions designed to help students explore potential career paths in this dynamic industry.
Who is eligible to participate in the AAPEX Student Program?
The program is open to students studying in relevant fields such as automotive technology, aftermarket management, engineering, or business, with an interest in pursuing a career in the automotive aftermarket. Students must be pre-approved and attend as part of an approved school group or individually with faculty endorsement.
Is travel and housing provided for student participants?
Approved student groups receive complimentary registration and access to the AAPEX show. However, students and schools are responsible for arranging and covering travel and housing costs. Housing details and booking instructions are provided upon approval and are available on the AAPEX website.
What are the participation requirements for the Student Program?
All approved students and faculty are required to attend designated AAPEX Student Program sessions and activities and must follow all event guidelines. Full participation is expected to ensure students get the most out of the educational and networking opportunities.
