Where Car Care Meets Community
It’s clear from AAPEX 2022 that there’s no substitute for face-to-face connections in the automotive aftermarket business, where attendance was back to 93% of pre-pandemic levels. 2023 is going to be an even bigger event. With more than 2500 exhibitors, there’s more of everything for buyers to see and do.
Connect with Qualified International Buyers
Buyers from 111+ countries will be in attendance to find new products and innovations. International buyer registration is pacing 36% above 2022. Relative to 2022, we are seeing the most significant gains in Asia (up 43%), North America (up 42%) and Latin America (up 38%). More than 50% of international buyer reg comes in these last 6 weeks, based on registration data from past years.
This year, AAPEX partnered with the U.S. Department of Commerce to co-organize an international delegation program. Through Trade Event Partnership Program (TEPP), AAPEX enlists the support of the U.S. Commercial Service’s network of offices in U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide to attract and recruit delegations of qualified international buyers to attend the show. Commercial specialists leading these delegations help international buyers locate equipment and solutions they are looking to purchase at the show and facilitate meetings onsite.
Through this partnership, AAPEX increased the number of international buyer delegations securing support in 27 countries, compared to 13 in 2022.
