On the Home Screen of the Virtual AAPEX Experience page, there will be 3 featured sponsors that will have their Logo, Company Name, and an 80 character description of their company. This Sponsorship will be on a rotation, where only 3 of the sponsors are visible at a time.

Welcome Email Spotlight – Footer Split w/ 3 Sponsors

These 3 sponsors will have their Company Name shown on the bottom portion of all Virtual AAPEX Experience welcome emails. They will be shown as recommended companies to visit.

Session Sponsored Commercials – 30-60 sec. Pre-session Commercial

Sponsors will be able to have a 30-60 second commercial before the session that they are sponsoring. Additionally Sponsors can add their Contact Names and Emails to be visible under the sessions.

Featured Exhibitor Listing in Searches
$750 SOLD

As companies are searched, the sponsor will be featured at the top of the list of all searches. All remaining exhibitors will be listed below in alphabetical order.

Sign-in Question for All Attendees
$4,500 SOLD

As an Attendee signs up for the first time, they will be prompted with this customizable question about the sponsor. Data gathered from this question will be sent to the sponsor in order for them to make easy connections.

Sponsorship Push Notification
$1,250

Notifications will be sent out throughout the show. This will allow a sponsor to get word out to all attendees that are currently logged into the website via the notification tab.
