U.S. Entry Requirements
Scheduling and obtaining visa appointments may require several months, so start your visa application and/or renewal as soon as possible. Check your local U.S. Embassy and Consulate’s website for information regarding operating status, visa services, and wait times.
Request an Invitation Letter
You must register for AAPEX 2023 to receive an invitation letter.
You can present the invitation letter to the consular officer during your visa interview as a supporting document. Please note that AAPEX cannot help you with the interview process or call the embassy or consulate to provide support for obtaining a visa.
