Health Screening: Onsite Testing

AAPEX is utilizing GVP (Global Virus Pass) for our onsite COVID testing.

Onsite testing appointments are available and encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome; however, pre-scheduled appointments will take priority.

Here are the steps to set up your onsite COVID testing appointment:

  1. Click on the link (further below instructions) depending on how you plan to come to AAPEX THE FIRST TIME you are visiting this year
  2. Sign up for an account with GVP
  3. Once your account in confirmed, log in and select “LSA Antigen Test”
  4. Select the person you are setting the appointment for
  5. Select the day/time you would like your appointment (testing begins on 10/30 for Taxi Drop Off and Venetian, 11/2 for Shuttle Buses)
  6. Enter all of your information
  7. Press Confirm and Send
  8. Arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment

Once you arrive, you will check in with the GVP representative in your Health and Safety Screening Room. After your test is administered, you will wait in the Waiting Area of the Health and Safety Screening Room until your test results are in (usually 10-15 minutes). Once you receive a negative test notification, you will proceed to exit the room into AAPEX (you will need to show the negative result to the AAPEX staff member at the door). Please visit one of the AAPEX Badge Sticker counters to receive a sticker on your badge, so you do not have to go through the Health and Safety protocols again.
