HOUSING:
We're pleased to inform you that this year, we have partnered with Travel Planners as the official housing provider.
Please note: Travel Planners is the only official housing company associated with AAPEX and the SEMA Show for 2013. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with AAPEX and the SEMA Show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
Here are a few enhancements you can expect with our new partnership - you'll have 24/7 access to real time rooming lists and confirmation numbers and will be able to:
- Review reservations
- Reassign guests
- Submit rooming lists online or via Zoomlist (Excel Spreadsheet import tool)
- Request additional rooms
- Print deposit receipts
