ATEQ launches VT36, newest TPMS tool
ATEQ introduces affordable TPMS functionality and flexibility in the VT36 – the newest TPMS sensor activation and programming Tool at REIFEN.
ATEQ, the world’s number one TPMS tool manufacturer, will trigger a new wave in TPMS tools at this year’s Reifen Essen trade show in May. Not only will the full line-up of ATEQ’s industrial and aftermarket tools be on display but also, for the first time, the VT36, will be showcased.
The ATEQ VT36 allows service providers to:
- Activate and display all sensor data in seconds: ID, tire pressure, tire temperature, and battery status etc.
- Program all leading universal aftermarket sensors
- Select vehicles by Make Model Year look-up
- Search TPM sensor replacement part numbers
Additional features include:
- Easy-to-read display, with adjustable backlight
- User friendly navigation and command buttons
- Frequent database updates via PC desktop software
- Interface in 19 languages
The ATEQ VT36 is affordable, making the tool most accessible for garages enabling them to reset 100% of Direct Type Non-OBDII relearned vehicles. Designed for tough service station environments, it is the ideal TPMS tool for OEM and all-makes workshops, tire service centers and car fleets.
With the VT36, a service manager or technician can quickly diagnose car TPMS sensors in the parking lot before entering it into the service bay. All sensor data is displayed in seconds: ID, battery status, tire temperature and pressure. If a sensor replacement is needed, the VT36 contains part number lookup covering both OE and Aftermarket sensors and provides steps on how to choose and program the right replacement among the leading aftermarket sensors.
Building on the success of the VT30 – already sold in tens of thousands to North American garages – the novelties of the VT36 include a robust operating platform, grip-friendly design, a durable rechargeable lithium-polymer battery and the ability to program universal sensors.
“ATEQ is committed to helping technicians service vehicle TPMS systems across all makes and all models 100% of the time. Our universal tool designs have intuitive functions that provide service bay operators with tools capable of reading, cloning, programming, activating, etc. – a myriad of sensors brands across the board,” explained Brandon Montney, TPMS Sales Manager. “Our on-going collaboration with OEM’s and Aftermarket sensors manufacturers support new windows of opportunity in the realms of safety, serviceability and ease of use when working with TPMS.”
The VT36 activates and reads TPM sensors on 100% of all light vehicle brands globally. Thanks to monthly updates, it is always up to date with new TPMS sensors and vehicles introduced each year.
The VT36 recommended sales price in North America is $399 USD, and can be found in the ATEQ reseller network. For a demo, visit the ATEQ booth in Hall 1, booth 1A33, at the REIFEN tire trade fair in Essen, Germany, from May 24-27, 2016.
